Currently in our 4 week here and it's amazing it's quiet. You do have occasional noise and kids. But rooms are quiet comfy and very clean. Not sure where are the one stars are coming from for nasty rooms. Not here ... Management is great GM Is outstanding will chat and listen to you the only small complaint is id like to have housekeeping a few times
I had an issue with my room being that they already changed my room twice Mr Scott came and took care of everything and even moved me to an even nicer room thank you for understanding me n my kids comfortability and safety !!
We had a situation booking via Expedia and they were being very difficult with us. Front Desk Representatives - Onnie and the GM - David Jordan advocated for us with Expedia, to get us checked in. They were not being helpful at all, and we would have been outdoors due to wrong dates and the hotel just needed them to move dated, and they were accommodating.
Really enjoying my stay, everyone is very friendly, especially Amanda she is very helpful, great customer service, always greeting me with a smile and a friendly conversation.
The little lady named SARAH at the front desk was very helpful and very kind she got me straightened out in my room didn't have a Ice tray And here came SARAH not within five minutes I had my ice tray. SARAH is one I would definitely keep in that front office. She is very polite very kind and knows her job well and knows how to speak to the public. She is a great asset to this hotel in my opinion.
Great looking hotel. Hotel doesn't serve any sort of breakfast. Room had pretty much everything you would need except a blow dryer. The room was dark which I enjoyed. The room had a small stove with 2 burners. It also had a refrigerator which needed painting.
Scott a hired contractor came to replace the stove and microwave in our room. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up the area once he was done. Great service. Thanks
I always hate to see the bad reviews stating things that I have never seen (homeless, drug addicts, graffiti, etc) Maybe the whole other half of the building is different from the side I stayed in. Me and my spouse stayed here for about 2 months (due to work), very affordable and clean. Our room was on the second floor, quiet and never encountered any weed smell, yelling, or even ROACHES. Upon first arrival the first room provided had some questionable bedding, I simply went to the front desk and let them know and we were IMMEDIATELY placed into our room on the second floor which was to our liking. Picking apart and possibly lying about these good cheap extended stay hotels just bc you expected holiday inn quality at WoodSpring pricing is pathetic. Good hotel & just like anywhere the front desk staff will return the attitude/energy they receive from you
